Jane is an experienced Massage therapist and has been working in Sussex, mainly in the Brighton and Hove area since 2003. Enjoying variety she has been involved in a diverse range of massage projects. Jane adapts her treatments to the needs of each client and some of the treatments can be combined. Massage can help with people that may be experiencing back, neck, shoulder pain, repetitive strain injuries, areas of muscular tension and joint pain. If you are currently experiencing stress & anxiety massage can help with relaxation too.
Other therapy work has also included Massaging at festivals, yoga and meditation retreats as well as corporate events, charity events, health care days and sporting events.
Jane is constantly updating her skills with on going training.
