Very rude member of staff

Went in there Friday night to pick up my parcel my fault forgot my ID the girl behind the counter was very rude left went back Saturday as soon as I walk in she started whispering to another member of staff little did she no I new him he went to get my parcel so I said to her if she had anything to say to say it to my face she said she was talking about work but later found out she wasn't she told me to chance my attitude when my parcel came out she tried telling the other member of staff what to do as I left she gave me a dirty look plus all the time I was there she was texting on her phone they won't be getting my custom in that shop anymore I wouldn't want a horrible girl working for me
